Rodeo FAQs
Why is there a ticket limit?
To give more patrons an opportunity to purchase tickets and to reduce access for purchasers with intent for resale only. **All ticket purchases will be limited to one user per account. So if you have a large family group that needs more than 35 tickets, we encourage you to coordinate amongst your party for multiple representatives to purchase tickets.
No requirement for in-person sales
It was decided that returning to online ticket sales was the most equitable method for our general public to access rodeo tickets. Along with the ticket limitation and other security measures, we believe the online ticket purchase is the best way to provide access to our general patrons
May I still purchase tickets in person at the City Offices?
You may; beginning February 3rd at 10 AM but please note that online ticket sales will begin at the same time. Visiting in person is NOT a guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets. Tickets available in-person are subject to availability and are also limited to 35 tickets per purchaser.
Are locals given special consideration?
Oakley City residents and volunteers are given an opportunity to purchase tickets in advance but are also subject to a limited number of tickets per person.
